Parcel status meanings in English and Urdu
Couriers use different words for the same step. This guide explains the common statuses.

Does this page show the live parcel status?
Yes. We look up the status on the courier's own tracking system when you press Track, and show the current status and the full tracking history on this page.
How do I track many parcels at once?
Paste up to 50 tracking numbers, one per line, or upload a CSV file with a tracking number column. You get a table with the live status of every parcel, a CSV export and a WhatsApp message you can send to your team or customer.
Can the page detect the courier automatically?
Yes. With Auto-detect we check the couriers that use that kind of number and show the one that has your parcel. Choosing the courier yourself gives the result faster.
Are my tracking numbers saved?
No. The number is only sent to the courier to look up the status. We do not store it, and we never show the receiver's name, phone number or address.
What if my parcel is not found?
Check the number and choose the courier yourself. New bookings can take a few hours to appear in the courier's system. If it still does not show, tell us on WhatsApp.
