How to use this tool
- Choose the country code. Pakistan (+92) is selected by default.
- Type the phone number. Spaces, hyphens, brackets and a leading 0 are handled for you.
- Optionally type a message that will already be written when the chat opens.
- Press Generate link, then use Copy link or Open WhatsApp to test it.
- Paste the link in your website, bio, ad or a QR code.
How the link is formed
The number in the link is written in international format with no plus sign, no spaces and no leading zero. For example, 0300 1234567 with Pakistan selected becomes 923001234567. If the number already starts with the country code, it is not repeated.
The message is URL-encoded, so spaces, punctuation and Urdu text are converted safely. Opening the link only opens a chat; the person still has to press Send.

Frequently asked questions
Is the plus sign included in a wa.me link?
No. The number in a wa.me link uses international format without the plus sign, spaces or dashes, for example 923001234567.
What happens to the leading 0 of my number?
It is removed. In international format the country code replaces the leading 0, so 0300 1234567 becomes 92 300 1234567.
Can the link include a ready-written message?
Yes. Type it in the message box. It appears in the chat box for the customer to review and send. You cannot send messages on their behalf.
Does the link work without WhatsApp?
WhatsApp must be installed on the phone, or the person can use WhatsApp Web or Desktop. Otherwise they will see a page asking them to install WhatsApp.
Does this tool store my number or message?
No. The link is built in your browser and nothing is sent or saved.
Does it work for a WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. WhatsApp Business numbers use the same wa.me format.
Why do I see a warning about my Pakistani number?
Pakistani mobile numbers usually have 10 digits after +92 and start with 3. The warning only asks you to double check; the link is still created.
